After joining Schonfeld in 2020, I participated in the firm’s professional development programs – the Analyst Institute and later, Ascent. In the Analyst Institute, one of the most valuable tools for me was Idea Manager – essentially a paper book to log trade ideas – which gave me the chance to build a track record and show that I could succeed as an Associate Portfolio Manager.
