Supplies for Success ensures children living in poverty have equal access to education by providing the tools needed to learn. Ahead of the new school year, our employees gather and prepare school supplies, packing backpacks to equip students for success.

Big Brothers Big Sisters’ Workplace Mentoring Program aims to identify high-achieving high school students in underserved communities, connecting them with experienced professionals who mentor, educate and inspire them in their pursuit of higher education and career success.

Girls Who Invest is a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming the investment management industry by attracting and advancing women investors, change-makers and leaders.

Each summer, Schonfeld welcomes interns to work alongside our investment teams. This initiative is part of our larger effort to expand the number of women within our investment roles (portfolio managers, analysts, and researchers).

We partner with organizations that support women and diverse populations in STEM and investing, including the Society of Women Engineers, the National Society of Black Engineers and the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers. Our goal is to educate future engineers on careers in finance and support talent pipelines that increase diversity of thought in our industry.
